Problem related saving

Few days ago, Power BI desktop started to show strange behavior.

Whenever I saved the PBIX file, all the changes I’ve made doesn’t save to the new or existing file. File size and modified date are same. and if I open it no changes were saved.

Is there any of you have experienced this problem?
I’m working with Korean win 7 x64 with english power BI 2018 May.

I have made some test, however I can save the file successfully.

no one to share the solution? I just downgraded to March version but still can’t save pbix
there’s no pop up message and just the file size is as same as before
I tried to import xlsx to start from scratch, nothing changed
