Privacy levels: automatically change from "none" to "Organizational"

I present this problem when trying to refresh the data.

In order to refresh I need to put the data sources privacy level as "None" but after the refreshing this automatically change to "Organizational" generating a problem when trying to automatically refresh again.

how can I fix this?

Please show more information. This happened on special dataset or each dataset?
