Previous Year calculation works on the day level but not on the year level

As shown in below, "Prev_Year_Units" is using dateadd function to calculate the units for same time last year. It works fine on the specific dates, but not when I wanted to aggregate them by year. I'm guessing when I aggregated them, for example, 2020/1/1 was not able to reference 2019/1/1 for some reason.

I want to be able to show "Prev_Year_Units" for years (2020 & 2021). Any idea how can I achieve that?

Thanks a bunch!!

@Anonymous , week year is 364 days behind

week Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-364,DAY))

also with the help of these columns in the date table

new columns
Week Start date = 'Date'[Date]+-1*WEEKDAY('Date'[Date],2)+1
Week End date = 'Date'[Date]+ 7-1*WEEKDAY('Date'[Date],2)
Week Rank = RANKX(all('Date'),'Date'[Week Start date],,ASC,Dense)
OR
Week Rank = RANKX(all('Date'),'Date'[Year Week],,ASC,Dense) //YYYYWW format

measures
This Week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]=max('Date'[Week Rank])))
Last Week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]=max('Date'[Week Rank])-1))
Last year Week= CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]=(max('Date'[Week Rank]) -52)))

This week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Year]=max('Date'[Year]) && 'Date'[Week] = Max('Date'[Week]) ))
Last year same week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Year]=max('Date'[Year])-1 && 'Date'[Week] = Max('Date'[Week])))
