I am adding a column (labeled "Value" in my example to follow) to the value field of a clustered bar chart. Power BI is returning a "Count of" these values. Since there is only one value per row, my table is simply a series of one's.
The data type of my value column is "Decimal Number". I am not sure why it is not just displaying the values in this column, and I am unable to figure out how to change this "Count of" option, or what is preventing me from changing it.
I would really appreciate any help!

Hi @Anonymous,
the Value column has no sum sign, so it's surely no number column.
Mark the column and change the data type on the modeling ribbon.
