Preventing a slicer from impacting a specific line in a line graph

I have this graph, with 4 lines. And a slicer that allows you to choose an individual. I want to a line constant where it stays showing the grand average line. This way, when you select a name, you will be able to see their averages compared to others over time.

@jlee724 , You create a measure ignoring the filter using all or removefilters and you can use that as constant line in analytics/visual pane

@amitchandakMy issue with a constant line is that I need the line to show variance of day to day or month to month, etc. However, the constant line is a flat average of the total data. I want to see the remove filters line like above. The remove filter line should be the exact same line as above, but when I change the Dispatcher slicer to someone, it should stay that line while the other line changes.
