I am attempting to make a data visual for associates' call volume by hour. I am importing an Excel file that has the date and the time (EST) that the call was made. I then want to be able to show the amount of call an associate makes during a certain hour or two throughout the day. When I try to use a slicer for time, the slicer shows a date of 1899 and when I went to filter by relative time, it not work.
Any ideas on presenting time?
Currently, PowerBi doesn't really have a slicer for time between two times. You can try the solution here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Slicer-with-time/td-p/116526
Or, look into custom visuals.
