In powebi, in linking tables and model view, I can't link 3 tables. Can you help me? The 3 tables are "sales table", "customers table" and "objectives table". The “sales table” is linked to the “customers table” with the “customer code” key. The "sales table" contains the "date" column. The “customers table” contains the “promoter” column. I want to connect the "objective table" which contains the "date" and "promoter" columns with the "sales table" and "customers table", but it does not work.

Hi @Greg0ry ,
After reviewing the provided screenshot, we identified a potential data type mismatch between the Datum[Date] column (formatted as DateTime) and the Objectifs promoteurs[Mois]
column (formatted as Date). This inconsistency could contribute to errors when establishing relationships between the tables.
To expedite troubleshooting, could you kindly share a simplified .pbix file that replicates the issue? Please include a brief description of the expected outcome in the file or your response. This will allow us to:
Validate the root cause of the relationship error.
Replicate the scenario and test solutions efficiently.
You can securely upload the file using the community portal here:

Thanks but what is the solution?
Hi @Greg0ry ,
Could you please provide us with the final results you are aiming to achieve? This will help us offer the most appropriate solution for your needs. We might be able to create a relationship by using a bridge table, adding a new combinated column, or developing specific measures to meet your requirements. Below are some threads that discuss similar issues to yours; hopefully, the solutions they offer will inspire you or resolve your problem.

Hello, sorry for my response delay. This is the result I want to achieve:
I would like to have the monthly objective for each line and not the overall objective.
Thank.
Hi @Greg0ry ,
Could you please provide guidance on how to determine the monthly objective for each line? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share the related calculation logic and the expected values for each line based on the sample data you provided. Thank you.

Hello, yes the objective is completed by me in a table stored in sharepoint.
But I cannot connect the datum table with the objective table which contains the dates, in order to have a monthly distribution

The problem is solved! Thank you!
Hello, I would like to obtain this table with a “promoteur” column, a "turnover" column, a "date" column, and an "objectif 2024" column. Thank
Hi @Greg0ry ,
Thanks for your reply. It seems like the required columns are from multiple tables. Could you please provide some raw data in involved tables(exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following link to share the required info:

And It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.

Hi @Greg0ry
What you're attempting to do will create ambiguity. Vente is already linked to Clients, and Clients are connected to Objectifs. If you establish a direct relationship between Vente and Objectifs, it will result in a circular relationship. When using columns from these tables, it becomes unclear which relationship will take precedence: Vente to Clients/Objectifs, Objectifs to Clients/Vente, or Clients to Vente/Objectifs.
