PowerBI timezone issue

Dates in our dataset are stored in UTC. We have embedded reports made from this dataset into our application. Is there a way we could show dates in our reports in Timezone based on the browser's timezone? Currently they are being shown in UTC.

Try to modify it from service >> settings << language and dan select the browser option

This was already selected. Yet, the timezone is shown in UTC.
