Me too!  Disgusting that it is impossible to contact anyone from Microsoft who can help. Terrible CX. Here is an organisation that is singing the praises of AI, and yet their voice- reacting telephone reception is ridiculously dysfunctional.  Would be funny if it weren't so serious.  Are there others out there wrestling with the vagaries of Microsoft?

Hello @Jhulz ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community and thank you, @rajendraongole1 for sharing your valuable insights.

I appreciate your patience. Building on what @rajendraongole1 suggested, here are some additional troubleshooting steps to help resolve your Power BI Desktop login issue:

  • Try signing in at Power BI Service using your onmicrosoft.com credentials. If you can sign in on the web but not in Power BI Desktop, the issue might be related to network settings or cache.
  • If you're using a corporate network, a VPN or proxy might be blocking authentication. Try connecting directly to the internet and attempt signing in again.
  • Uninstall Power BI Desktop from Control Panel >> Programs and Download the latest version from Power BI Download Center and reinstall it.

If this information is helpful, please “Accept it as a solution” and give a "kudos" to assist other community members in resolving similar issues more efficiently.
Thank you.

Hi @Jhulz  - Ensure you are entering the correct email (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com).

Double-check your password—ensure there are no typos.

2. Reset Password (If Needed)
Try logging in at https://admin.microsoft.com.

If your password is incorrect, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset it.

f none of these work, contact Microsoft 365 Support:

Hope this helps
