POWERBI LOGIN DIFFICULTY
I just purchased a PowerBI pro account using the onmicrsoft credentials provided to me by Microsoft. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to the desktop with the same credentials. I need help with this.
Hi Jhulz ,

Thank you pankajnamekar25, for your insights.
It seems the issue might be related to your account or login. First, ensure you're using the same onmicrosoft.com account for both Power BI Service and Desktop. You can also try clearing the cache by deleting files in C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache. If that doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall Power BI Desktop, and make sure you're using the latest version. If your organization uses Multi-Factor Authentication, check that you're completing the MFA process during login. Since you can access the web service, confirm that your Pro license is active. Lastly, try logging in with a personal Microsoft account to see if the issue is specific to your organization’s account.

The point is, I could log into the powerBI service but not the desktop, and I don't know why this is so. I had to pay to get a pro account and was provided with the onmicrosoft account
