PowerBI Report Builder can't connect to Oracle

I installed Oracle R12 client full version 32bit on a new PC, and installed PowerBI Report, Oracle environment parameters are configured properly, and I can connect Oracle with sqlplus like below.

sql connect1.png

But I can't connect Oracle in PowerBI Report Builder, error is like below, I am sure that the login credential is correct.

How should I configure my client to connect Oracle with PowerBI report builder?

Thank you!

@Anonymous ,

Make sure Oracle ODAC driver has been installed. For more details, please refer to doc below:

@v-yuta-msft, Thank you Jimmy! I tried again but failed. I removed all Oracle clients, ODAC and Power BI report builder from my PC. I downloaded and installed ODTwithODAC183.zip 32bit on my PC, and run below two commands: C:\app\client\Sys-Pro-Admin\product\18.0.0\client_1\odp.net\bin\4\OraProvCfg.exe /action:gac /providerpath:C:\app\client\Sys-Pro-Admin\product\18.0.0\client_1\odp.net\managed\common\Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.dll C:\app\client\Sys-Pro-Admin\product\18.0.0\client_1\odp.net\bin\4\OraProvCfg.exe /action:config /force /product:odpm /frameworkversion:v4.0.30319 /productversion:4.122.18.3 My Oracle home is C:\app\client\Sys-Pro-Admin\product\18.0.0\client_1\ I installed Power BI report builder again. The same error, I can login oracle with SQLPLUS, but when I configure data source in report builder, it shows 'Invalid username or password' error, I am sure the username and password are correct. Is there any wrong during my installation? Thank you, Lucy I reinstalled
