PowerBI Questions Data limit and restriction

What is the Power BI row limit or maximum? Where can I find more information regarding data that can be loaded into PowerBI? How can PowerBI data be restricted to only certain group of people and not be accessible to anyone else?

With Power Bi you can create a Workspace and only grant certain people access to it in order to restrict who can see your published reports/ dashboards. If you need to create one report or dashboard that will alter permissions depending on who is viewing the report, you can set up static or dynamic RLS.
