PowerBI Chart - Can do in Excel but not in PowerBI

In Excel, I can create a Chart with Program and Commodity shown on one chart in a format that is easier to understand instead of Concatenating like PowerBI does when using drill down.

Here I can click +/- to drill down to Program Level and Commodity level (with Program name in the X-axis also). How can I create similar chart in PowerBI.

Thank you so much!

@lotus22 , Try like. Take program and Community on-axis and sort on them. Use expand drill icon, The reverse square Y icon. Switch off concatenate labels
