PowerBI August update and newer - Oracle connection fails

The last version of PowerBI able to connect to our on-prem Oracle was July 2023.   Beginning with the August 2023 upgrade, Oracle connection no longer works.  Co-worker has same ODAC version - is able to connect.   both using  Fully qualified server name: port.   Uninstalled and rolled back to July 2023 version - works 100%.   Upgraded to Sept 2023 results in error below....

Any help greatly appreciated!

@TTAZNG__ , Make sure you install Oracle Data connector, clear TNS entry if needed
