PowerAutomate - Email Attachement Issue

Hey Community

I am having a little early play about with PowerAutomate, and have an issue with including/excluding specific email attachments.

Regardless of what option I choose, the flow saves ALL attachments within the email and not as my example shows only DOCX.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, as following the MS Learn modules it would hint that it should be straight forward!
