Hello I am choosing columns from a table "A" obtained by OData feed. The column that I select contains records.
I want to make a realtionship with another table "B" so I selected the field in the row but powerbi shows this error:
Error Message:
When writing a JSON response, a user model must be specified and the entity set and entity type must be passed to the ODataMessageWriter.CreateODataEntryWriter method or the ODataFeedAndEntrySerializationInfo must be set on the ODataEntry or ODataFeed that is being written.
What is wrong? Thanks so much
@anulew,
What context URL does it return in the JSON response when you invoke the OData Service from web browser? Based on my research, if context URL returns a collection of entities, the above error would occur, you would need to get entityset as described in the following similar thread, then re-connect to the OData data source in Power BI Desktop.
