Power bi desktop sign on

When I sign into powerbi desktop I get a wrong password error. I can sign into office with my login and password, but it does not work for powerbi desktop. What kind of admin settings need to be configured for this.

Which account are you using to log in, personal or work or school?

If you can not sign on Power BI Desktop, please try to log in Power BI Service, changing the password, signing out & then signing in again to both service and desktop.

Power BI Desktop is a free Business Intelligence application from Microsoft that lets you load, transform, and visualize data.

All users of the Power BI service must have a license. What a user can do in the Power BI service depends on the type of per-user license that they have (free, Pro, Premium Per User). The level of access provided by their license depends on whether the workspace being accessed is in a Premium workspace or not.

This is what I see under licenses in admin portal. Does that confirm that I can use it since there is one license that came with office.

When I sign on to online version using this url https://app.powerbi.com

it takes me to the page below. Is this a paid service?
