As of now, PowerBI does not provide an official connector for SOAP. As a solution, we can use the XML driver to create SQL queries to call the SOAP API in Power BI, please refer to the following blog.

Another solution is to use a Python script to get data from SOAP and then transfer that data to Pandas data frames that PowerBI can read.
