Power bi Export data

Hello @amitchandak 

My requirement is, after publishing the report on website i want to publicly availabe data and user should get selected visuals data in excel file by the clicking on "Export data" button beacause it's not possible to give the access those many users on Power BI service and we cannot share the pbix file to these many users. So anyone has solution on this?

Hello,

I have a question regarding non-premium Power BI users. They seem to not be able to export the data from the Dashboard to Excel (they don't have this option in the Dashboard). And so question is if there is any way to share the Dashboard with the people who do not have Power BI license and give them an option to export the data from the Dashboard.

@jyotisakhare , Every visual has an export data option. Another way is to create a power automate flow.
