Power bi Bar chart with Text Labels

Hi all,

I'm new in power BI and  I need some assitance with bar chart creation.

I need to provied a flow chart for some process from the next dataset for example (i.e. only string values):

And I would like to see it like that - i.e I want to see all the process with the current process as highlighted: 

however I didn't find a way to able a string labels into the bar chart as a result I don't know how to higlight the current state.

Can someone help me with this issue or suggest another solution?
