Power Query add a word infront of current data

Hi Experts

In Power Query, i have singke column which shows  Software Usedie.

Microsoft Excel,

Microsoft Access, etc.. which are fine. However, inputs in that column have been in putted as Excel less Microsoft at the start. How can I create a custom column which add Microsoft to the start if it does not exist.
