Power Query Mixed Data Type

Good Afternoon,

Afer unpivoting my data source of hours worked, I have a column with both values and texts in the same column

Value
8
Regular
4
Overtime

Want to create 2 separate columns, one for "Hours" and the second for "PayCode"
After numerous attempts with Value. Is and Value.FromText, unable to get the syntax to work properly.
Hope someone can provide some guidance.
Thanks and Kind Regards,
