Power Query Look Up Value From Another Table Based On date and other condition.

How do I pick up the value in Type column based on date and item as below?

    This calculated column formula work

    =CALCULATE(MAX(Table3[ะขัƒั€ะต]),FILTER(Table3,Table3[ltem]=EARLIER(Table2[Item])&&Table3[Start]<=EARLIER(Table2[Date])&&Table3[End]>=EARLIER(Table2[Date])))
