Power M Query - Table.SelectColumns tries to convert all to number

Hi - I'm trying to use Power Query to pull in selected columns from a table and it seems like every column I reference, accept the frust one is attemped to be convereted to number. IF I query one column its fine, once I add another I get the error message.  Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you

The list of columns you want to select needs to be within {}, e.g.

= Table.SelectColumns(MSS_Flat_Fee_Hours, { "Start date", "End date" } )

The list of columns you want to select needs to be within {}, e.g.

= Table.SelectColumns(MSS_Flat_Fee_Hours, { "Start date", "End date" } )
