Power KPI Matrix

Hello, I have questions for power KPI matrix. 1) how to put 0 (zero) as indicator? I tried and it did not show on the table. 2) how to make the KPI status calculate the % of progress according to the magnitude of the target. For instance, we set target as "1" for each month so we don't want "2". "2" should be considered as "minus" progress instead of "positive" one. Thanks

I am not very farmiliar with the Power KPI matrix, you could refer to the pbix sample to get more information or you could ask in below forum:

to add, on simple KPI card I can find "low is good" and "high is good" option. How I could do it on Power KPI matrix? Thanks
