Power KPI Matrix desktop lockup

Having a great time setting up the Power KPI Matrix, however I noticed that 3 out of 10 times when I am editing values in the pop-out screen (color/fonts/etc), my power bi desktop freezes and never comes back.  This has not happened with any other visuals - the only way to get the desktop back is to kill the pbi process in windows and recover the pbx file after going back into pbi.  Then I continue making changes in the pop-out areas until it freezes again.  Anyone else have this issue?   thanks

After my tests, I did not encounter this problem. Did you installed the latest version of Power BI desktop? If not, please update to the latest one for a test.

Besides, your issue is more related to your computer environment, it is required to collect a process dump file to analyze the root cause. So, you could create a support ticket for further analysis: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
