Is there any way to fix certain locations on a map? I want to fix multiple locations using Longitude and latitude. They have to stay on the map and not be affected by slicer or anything. However, other points can be filtered using slicers.
Any idea how can I do this? Or if this is doable at all?

Do you think it is possible to make the map a bit transparent so I can insert an image behind it with the location I want to be fixed?
