Power Bi creating a comment field
Is it possible to create a column in a table on a Power BI dashboard that acts as a notes field, where future users can, for example, write short explanations on why a delivery is late for example? If yes, how?

Power bi is read only. You would not be able write back. But you can acheive this using power apps.

Writeback is not natively supported in Power BI. Power BI service allows for commenting but not directly in the viz itself and certainly not through another or within a column like you can in Excel. However, you can use PowerApps to allow leaving comments in relation to the fields in your viz but using the PowerApps viz and not tables or matrices.
