Power Bi auto rounding my excel source datat on load.

I have an excel file with a column of hours.  when i load this data into power bi i want it to load the decimal number exactly as it is in excel.  but it seems to be auto rounding the number.  I have made sure i have the column defined as fixed decimal 2 places etc.  but it seems to load what it wants.  for example if the cell value in excel is 60.50 power bi loads 60.  some numbers are loaded correctly but many are not. 

I have tried everything and cant seem to figure out how to get power bi to load the data without changing it. 

I am a beginner at power bi though !!
