Power Bi Visual - Trend

Good day!
I want to create a Trend dashboard wherein it records the everyday data gather and also it will reflect and appear to a visual according to data and date. As you can see on my example the label "01-New Claim" might become "07-For Unit" or any other number labels  if process is proceeds, therefore the data from 01 will go to 07 and will add to its count.     Can you guys tell me how to do it , or can you give me an example so that I can have a better idea how to do it.

Thanks in advance!

@RanHo , remove the second row and load this data. And tranpose the data in power bi and then use it power bi

or unpivot the dates
