Power Bi Sign In issue

Hello there,

I have recently having a problem with my PBI Desktop on the VM, when I'm trying to Sign In it's just requesting me a the email address and then nothing for like 4-10 minutes until appears pop out window that loading and took a while until it finally loaded it's like html page requesting the credentials to sign in with clickable 'Next' button with no action.

Hints:

• Version: 2.139.1678.0 64-bit (January 2025)
• I tried to sign In on my local PC and it signed In without problems.
• I need to once I Sign In to keep me signed In without requesting each time my credentials.
• I can Access the Power BI Service on the VM via the browser.

Hi @Ziada1 ,

Based on your description, it seems like a configuration problem with your VM. Could you please check whether your VM meets the requirements for running Power BI Desktop?

In addition, does this problem only occur with this version of Power BI Desktop, or does the same problem occur when logging in with other versions of Power BI Desktop? You can try to roll back the Desktop version.
