Power Bi Report builder - Query Parameters error

I am using Power BI report builder, and have a data source: Ms Dataverse.

Created a simple SQL query to build Dataset (without Query parameter) - WORKS

Now i Edit the data set Query and add a where clause with the column = 'valuexyx' , CLICK ok  -WORKS

Next, I tried the add a Parameter and replace the value  column = @pmValue CLICK ok  - popup "Define Query Parameters"

Error-  Could not update a list of Fields for the Query. Verify you are connected to the data source
