Power Bi- Measure

If i created measure (not column) to calculate the percentage of total sales; and i save and close Power BI desktop application; 

Next time if i will open Power BI, will i loss that measure. Cause i just heared about measures are that are not stored.

No, you wont lose measure. Probabaly , you heard it wrong. Unlike calculated columns, Measures doesnt store the data within PBIX file and its dynamically calculated when you refer that.
