Power Bi Drill through - pass date range instead of date

I have a power bi dashboard with 2 pages. Each page is filtered by a slicer called report date. I set up drill through on all my visuals and it works exactly as I expect. However, Some of my visuals use data from the prior day and when you drill through on those visuals, it does not include the previous day's data in the drill through. It still will only select the data with the selected report date.

My question is how can I  pass a date range when drilling through my visuals to display the previous day's data as well?

Hi @dbgghost ,
In Power BI, the 'Keep All Filters' option can be locked for a few reasons. First, please check if the drill-through field (Report Date) is added to the Drill-Through Filters section on the drill-through page, as this is necessary for proper filtering. If you are working in Power BI Service, try making the changes in Power BI Desktop and then republishing the report, as some settings may be locked in the service version. Additionally, if you're using Cross-Report Drill-Through, Power BI automatically locks this option to maintain filter consistency between reports.

I hope this helps, if so, please mark it as solution.

Hi @dbgghost ,
Thank you @andrewsommer  for the quick response!
Your response is accurate and may help to resolve the issue.
Yes as andrewsommer suggested, turning off "Keep All Filters" makes sure the drill-through page isn’t stuck on just one date. Adding a Page-Level Filter or Slicer for Report Date helps show both the selected date and the previous day.Refer the link which may help you.

Hope this helps,If so please mark the helpful response as "Accept as solution".

On the dill through page right above where you inserted the field you are drilling on; toggle off Keep all Filters.  Then make sure that your drill through page has a page level filter (or slicer) that is setting the date or date range you want.

Please mark this post as solution if it helps you. Appreciate Kudos.

The "Keep all filters" is toggled on and is locked for me

It says the switch is on because [Ive] chosen to drill through on measures or summarized fields
