Power Bi Credentials Authentication

I am trying to access SharePoint data through the OData tool in Power Bi Desktop. I am owner and have full control of the Sharepoint. All of my Office365 tools are through my orginizational account, but when i sign on through Organizational Account, I am given the message "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again."  What could be causing this issue?

@Anonymous,

Do you connect to SharePoint online data source in Power BI Desktop and do you use latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.58.5103.501)?

I can successfully connect to SharePoint Online list using OData feed connector in Power BI Desktop. In your scenario, I would recommend you clear the permissions about the existing OData source in Power BI Desktop, then re-connect to the data source. Also, please run Power BI Desktop as administrator.

If you still get error, please check if you can use built-in SharePoint connector to connect to your data source.

Regards,
Lydia
