Power BI

Usually, when we add a column to filter, PowerBI will automatically group that column data. Is it possible not to group the data on the filter and list/show all the duplicates?

Tabular Editor is not another site, it is a tool you download and use to modify your .pbix file.

Unfortunately no.  The Keep Unique will always apply to the column so if you want to have it group on some reports you would need a groupable copy of the column where Keep Unique is set to false.

Thank you for your response! I don't think it's an option for me to use company data on other sites (tabular editor)

It is not, no.  For that you would need to add a copy of the colmn to the same table and set only one of them to keep unique values.

Any other way around that we can use in PowerBI itself?

You can, using Tabular Editor.  You need to identify your key column, then you can set your name column to keep unique values.

But it will affect other dashboards right? Is it possible to set it for only specific dashboards?
