Power BI subtotal on filters showing name of one of the rows instead of column header

Is this visual a table visual or matrix?

It seems a table visual more likely from my view.

When filtering on col1 text, the subtotals are showing on col2 row1 text, how can i change this?

Per your requirement above, i wonder which value should show on "Row1"(you point at) ? could you give me an example with some data?

Here i make a test which seems to be the result as the screenshot.
