Power BI shows wrong data

Hello

I created a Power BI dashboard, but it shows my data incorrectly. Power BI has been connected to CRM and data is correct.

In the picture you can see the "quoteid" and that the first 3 rows of the first table have the same quote id. That means it's the same listing 3 times.

Why is it three times now?
As soon as I display two more tributes in the table, more precisely the architect and Eletroplanner, the data is falsified. A data set is created with only architects, one with only Elektroplanner and one without both. You can see that in the picture, too. The relationships are set correctly.

What could be the problem?

The first show and/or last show setting does not work, because then the other offers without architects disappear. However, 3 data sets become one, that would be correct.

Hi @Dominik_D,

We appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Based on my understanding, when you add the Architect and Elektroplaner fields directly to your table visual in Power BI, it results in multiple rows per quote for each unique combination of those fields. Consequently, this may create the appearance of duplicate quotes.

Please follow the steps outlined below, which may help resolve the issue:

1.Use DAX measures to aggregate the Architect and Elektroplaner names:

Architect List = CONCATENATEX(VALUES('ArchitectTable'[ArchitectName]), 'ArchitectTable'[ArchitectName], ", ")
Elektroplaner List = CONCATENATEX(VALUES('ElektroplanerTable'[ElektroplanerName]), 'ElektroplanerTable'[ElektroplanerName], ", ")

2.Use these measures in your table instead of the raw fields. By doing so, each quote will appear only once while still displaying all related names in a comma-separated format. Alternatively, you may consider using a Matrix visual or restructuring the model to further reduce duplication.
