I am using Power BI and there are existing reports that I want to access.
The data is coming from Azure DevOps (Boards)
Some of them are not allowing me to reference them and I keep getting a message:
I do not know how to resolve this.
I believe it is an authority issue but cannot work out what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a permissions issue from the source system – Azure DevOps – not Power BI.
You need to check with the admin or whoever manages access rights in the Azure DevOps environment. The message indicates that your account doesn’t have access to one or more of the projects included in the query, especially those related to the "WorkItems" entity.
If you’re the admin, you may need to review project-level permissions and confirm your user has the necessary rights to query work items across multiple projects. Microsoft documentation linked in the error message provides more details about what needs to be configured.

Hi @RichardEhlers - Error is related to permissions or access control in Azure DevOps when querying data via Power BI. i think that if you dont have permission then this issue arises and check with azure devops admin to give permission to pull all the projects.
Hope this information helps.

Admin and I have been through the permissions of each of the projects...perhaps we have missed some. I am grateful for your answers.
