Power BI license for Deploy Power BI Files in D365 F&O

Do we need Power BI Pro License to Deploy Power BI Files in D365 F&O.

I read this two artice, but it is not really clear on the Deploy Power BI part

It suggesting to publish, share dashboard an everything. we NEED Power BI Pro How about Deploy ? Deploy is publish to the user Workspace in Power BI.com, right ? only it's not to share it.

This suggesting, NO NEED. but then again it is talking about configure the integration. not talkig about the Deploy Power BI files action.

Well currently, I have an issue where by all setting "looks" fine, but the Deployment failed. the only thing I don't have is Power BI Pro license.

Hi admin_xlsior, 

From the document, it seems that you don't need the PBI Pro licence. You need to be system administrator of application.  You could refer to Power BI Embedded integration  and Embedded Power BI in workspaces . In addition, what is error information did you get? By the way, you also could post this problem in Dynamic 365 forum for more suggestions.

Yes, basically it is still confusing, if looking at the 1st link you suggested, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/analytics/power-bi-embedded-inte..., there is this paragraph :

..however at which action or setup is the "connect to Entity Store" in that sentence means ? when it is buit ? when it is run ? when it is Deploy ? Deploy by means when we click "Deploy Power BI files" ?

The error that I get from Event viewer right after Deployment failed is this :

And yes, I did post this in F&O community with no clear reply or answer also. It is quite frustating becuase when I went to F&O, this is Power BI and it look not many people experience in it or use it, and in Power BI forum, this issue in from F&O.
