Power BI filters pane not applying to PowerPoint Integration

I am using the Power BI / PowerPoint integration. I am able to get the filters pane to apply on some graphs but not others. The graphs were built the same in Power BI. Any ideas on this inconsitency?

Are you using the feature Add a live Power BI report page to PowerPoint? Which types of visuals are not affected by filters in Filter Pane? Do these filters affect the same visuals when in Power BI Service?

Are you using the filter pane together with slicers on the page that you embedded?
