I tried connecting my Microsoft Power BI desktop to my PostgreSQL 15 and this was the error message i got; "Unable to connect. We encountered an error while trying to connect. Details: 'An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it' ' ".
All items are on my Mac laptop. I am wondering if it has to do with my Mac, or the PostgreSQL installation or....

What version of data driver are you used? Did this match with the remote data source that you try to connect? In addition, any specific policies or firewall rules than enabled on your device and the server that host the data source? They may also affect the data connections.
