Power BI dataset not refreshing with updated information

When I try and refresh my dataset to get an updated report - The system is telling me that that information has been refreshed, but none of the actual information has been updated? 

I am pulling information from Project Online into Power BI, this is the first time i am having this issue and i cant figure out whats causing the two to not talk to eachother?

Hi!

Thank you for your help, I actually managed to figure it out, there was an error message about a duplicated user that i had missed which wasnt allowing the whole report to update!
