Power BI connection to another software for a live graph

Hello all,

This is real time data.

Currently on another simulation software, this graph has been created based on live sensor data.

It is measured vs simulation data points generated. Over here,

Measured (Black points)

Simulation (Red points)

At a second, a measured black point and simulation red point is plotted, and then the machine waits for 100 seconds and then it generates the next set of data points. This is done as this is real time data.

I have 2 questions,

I have the measured and simulation points data in a CSV file.

1) How do I make a similar chart like this on Power BI? It has to look exactly like the above chart. It needs to mimic the real time data. Is it possible for it wait every 100 seconds before plotting the next point?

2) Is it possible to directly connect this live chart from this software to Power BI? On this software, Python coding has already been done on the chart. So can we directly connect it?

Kindly require assistance on this asap, thanks in advance.

Hi @niyati_61 ,

You can establish a live connection to a shared dataset in the Power BI service, and create many different reports from the same dataset. You can create your perfect data model in Power BI Desktop and publish it to the Power BI service. Then you and others can create multiple different reports in separate .pbix files from that common data model, and save them to different workspaces.

You can create a  visual like above by yourself. Please refer to the following document for further information.
