Power BI - column Bar Chart

Hi Community,

Normally I should have 8 bars on a Column bar chart, as I have 8 milestones.
7 of the 8 bars are displayed, as they have a value.
Unfortunately, the eighth bar/milestone is not applied because it has a value of 0.
is there a setting that allows you to see all bars permanently, whether they are 0 or not?

@Lachsforelle12 , Add +0 to you measure or create one as

Measurement: sum (table[Value]) +0

Or use this option

If I filter my bar chart with another visual filter all bars present.
But if I filter over a "slicer" some bars are hidden.
Is there a setting in which I always see all bars regardless of which filter I use?
