Hello Everyone,
I am facing issues with transferring data from Azure DevOps to Power BI Desktop. I have consulted the following Microsoft help links, but they haven't resolved my problem.
Create a Power BI report with an Analytics view - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Learn
Create a Power BI report with an OData Query - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Learn
Connect to Power BI Data Connector - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Learn
I have a dedicated team working on Azure DevOps, where they have developed a query for a pipeline. This query is subject to change over time. Although the query in Azure DevOps serves as a single source of truth, I have encountered difficulties when attempting to integrate this data into Power BI.
I initially tried creating "Views" in Power BI to fetch the data, but faced permission restrictions on the base table. As a result, the information displayed in the query results is not fully visible in the "Views." Given these challenges, the optimal solution seems to be directly retrieving data from the Azure DevOps query. However, the available documentation has not provided clear guidance on how to achieve this.
Attached is a sample query page from Azure DevOps for reference.
I need assistance in finding the correct method to extract data from the Azure DevOps query into Power BI.
