Power BI Sign-In but does not Reload

Greetings,

I have some issues in the Power BI environment. After publishing the reports, when third person try to access them, they can see the login screen as shown in the image.

After clicking "Sign In," it redirects, but the screen reappears, and the report cannot be viewed until the browser is refreshed.

How can i solve it and make the report appear as soon as Sign In is pressed?

Hi @MaironDominguez 

1.You can try to use the chrome broswer and  you can refer to the following link.

2.Try to clear the cache of the broswer, then reopen it and please make sure the broswer is one of the supported browsers for Power BI.

3.Did you embed the report to other website, like Sharepoint? if you embed the report, please make sure the setting of embedding is right.
