Power BI SPC Control Limits

Hello all,

I need some help generating an SPC chart in Power BI. I have a source table of data that has multiple rows for product type and measurement type and then each actual data collection recorded.

I have been able to make a KPI card for standard statics (Spec limit and control limit).

I would like to add these measurement values as a dynamic horizontal lines that depending on the part I have the chart filtered to will automatically update. 

I have tried adding these measures as a "Legend" but they will not populate there and when I try on Y-axis or secondary axis they just show the measurment calculation of the date...
