Power BI - Row Level Security Issue

In my current project , I'm facing an issues related to RLS. Even though I've given workspace access as Viewer for one user and I've added him in security group aswell , Still Row-level security is not functioning correctly. Instead of his data, the entire dashboard is still displayed.

Hello, 

The main reason RLS is not working could be that, that perosn is having and edit permission first check for the permission.

Hello,

Check your RLS conditions and test them them using "view as" function. Also, for which purpose you add the user to the workspace? You don t need to add users with RLS to the workspace. FYI, if the role to the workspace is above Viewer, it will override RLS.

Hello Alex,
Thanks for your response, I've tested it using "view as" function in desktop. Its working fine. but If i tested it in Power BI service using "test as role" in security in semantic model is not working. I've enabled the same workspace setting in new workspace is working. but old workspace showing incorrect data. I've given workspace access for users because we are embedded the report in D365 CRM.
