Power BI Report Filtering Issue while using Measure

i have a PowerBI Report which have a value like the below Image.

i have calculated Division Target and Division Achieved with following Measures:

DivisionTarget = SUMX(

    SUMMARIZE(

        Target,

        Target[Division],

        "DivTarget", MAX(Target[Division Target])

    ),

    [DivTarget]

)

DivisionAchieved = SUMX(

    SUMMARIZE(

        Target,

        Target[Division],

        "DivTargetAch", MAX(Target[Division Target Achieved])

    ),

    [DivTargetAch]

)

Using Clustered Column Chart we have achieved showing Division Target and Division Achieved. in X-axis kept Type and in

Y-Axis kept Division Target and Division Achieved.

It results show like below Chart in PowerBI Report.

we used 3 slicers for filters like Division , Area and LifeGroup.

If we Filter Division , values in the chart modified based on the selection. But if we filter Area and LifeGroup there is no change in the Chart Visual. 

Kindly suggest Solution to filter area and LifeGroup , based on that filter selection chart visual have to modify.

Could you please tell me where the fields for all three slicers come from? 

It is very helpful for me to test.

I have 3 slicers - Division , Area and LG.

For Division Slicer , i used Division column.

For Area and LG slicers, i used column area and LG Name , which is not given in that above data.  if u need that will share that data.
